You may have noticed the wonderful smell of hot buttery popcorn when you walked into LEAP this past week. Here at LEAP we have a time honored tradition that many kids know about—and I’m here to share with the parents.

Although we provide a healthful snack here at leap, kids are always welcome to bring snacks from home, or eat their leftover snacks from school. They are also welcome to bring microwave popcorn to LEAP, and the teachers will gladly pop it in the microwave for them after choices are finished. Feel free to send your child with a bag of popcorn, especially on these cold, rainy days.

It’s almost the last week of school

And LEAP is going to the pool!

So bring your towel and swimsuit

and some sunscreen to boot!

If you forget your stuff, that would be bummer.

It’s time to swim into summer!
