Parent communication

The LEAP directors do not schedule regular parent conferences. However, they invite parents to meet the staff and discuss any concerns they may have at any point during the school year. Should any staff member believe that a conference is necessary, a director will contact the parent or guardian to schedule an appointment.

Parents or guardians who have a concern or complaint about any aspect of the program should discuss it with a director. The director will investigate the situation and get back to the parent within two school days. If the parent is not satisfied with the result, he or she should contact the LEAP Board of Directors to pursue it further.
